Jill Free
Jill Free is in charge of our billing and insurance department. Jill has been working in the practice for years, initially as a receptionist/scheduler and eventually as a coder/biller. Over these years, she has performed virtually every duty in the front office and has developed a warm rapport with many of our longstanding patients. In 2008 Jill decided to dedicate herself mostly to insurance and billing issues, an area in which she truly excels. She is skilled with our computerized submissions, electronic posting of payments to patient accounts, check scanning, and electronic deposits, thus making our billing system optimally efficient and streamlined. She is in daily contact with insurance company representatives to help clarify and obtain prompt reimbursement for services provided. Jill prides herself on knowing our patients personally and dealing efficiently and confidentially with their financial questions and reimbursement issues. Her pleasant, warm, and genuinely caring manner makes her a pleasure to work with in this sometimes confusing area of billing, reimbursement, and insurance coverage. Jill can be reached by phone on Mondays through Thursdays from 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-3pm or patients can leave voice mail messages for her any time, which she will return the following business day.
